If there were convincing evidence of climate engineering behind steering or generating hurricanes, do we even know where to look for it? The best evidence (admittedly far from a smoking gun) of engineering of hurricanes is the rapid calling out of these propositions as "conspiracy theories". If we have learned anything about the press from the last four and a half years, it is that they have been calling anything that appears to reveal government conspiracy theories as if this would make them so ridiculous that anyone not dismissing them out of hand must be off their rocker. Now, precisely the opposite has been empirically demonstrated: anyone not doubting any press coverage calling anything a conspiracy theorist must be off their rocker. As G. Edward Griffin said in "The Creature From Jekyll Island", powerful forces have been using conspiracies as a way of doing business for over one hundred years. And we are supposed to believe they are suddenly going to change their business model now? I'm going for this: Helene and Milton are affected by, or amplified by, if not created by geo-engineering until the government can prove otherwise. Let the burden of proof be on them, not on those honest investigators who bring up reasonable explanations for highly unusual events.

Excellent reporting. We do have the ability to disperse hygroscopic materials into hurricanes to potentially cause them to rain out early and weaken. Apparently this is not being done. https://drkevinstillwagon.substack.com/p/look-up-in-the-sky
