The much anticipated four-day inquiry on Parliament Hill is Canada’s push to hear testimony from more than 50 Canadians injured by COVID-19 vaccines representing communities across the country.
Physicist Denis Rancourt answered with what he calls the hardest data available: official counts of who died, when, at what age, and of what recorded cause. States register births and deaths with legal precision. Those numbers, he told Canada’s Allison Inquiry, cut through narrative.
After more than five years mining CDC and Statistics Canada records, Rancourt presented a case that excess mortality during the declared pandemic was not primarily the work of a spreading respiratory virus. It was, he argued, the result the layered “assaults” of lockdowns, isolation, economic shutdowns, financial-aid cuts, medical protocols, and mandated Covid vaccination campaigns.
Rancourt, an interdisciplinary researcher with Correlation Research in the Public Interest, divided his presentation into two parts: localized harm to individuals and widespread societal damage.
He began with what he described as Fact 5 from his report Eight Pivotal Facts about Covid-Period Excess Mortality: the vaccines harmed and killed many people “without any reasonable doubt.”
He cited more than 50 peer-reviewed autopsy studies linking deaths to vaccination, VAERS reports of tens of thousands of deaths and hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations, nearly 5,000 scientific papers on adverse effects, independent re-analyses of industry data, and compensation programs in multiple countries that have accepted vaccine-caused injury and death.
Lipid nanoparticles used in the shots, he noted, are established as cytotoxic in the literature; the body has no natural mechanism to clear them.
The most striking temporal patterns involved the young and the pregnant. After U.S. and Canadian authorities recommended or mandated vaccination for pregnant women, pregnancy-related deaths rose. Infant deaths then stepped upward precisely nine months later—the cohort conceived or carried during the vaccination push.
Rancourt estimated roughly 4,000 excess U.S. infant deaths and 200 in Canada between 2022 and 2024, plus thousands of excess induced abortions in Canada. Toddler and preschool mortality (ages 1–4, then 1–14) showed similar steps coinciding with pediatric vaccine authorizations in mid-2022, not with the 2020 declaration of a pandemic or the first adult campaigns. He tallied more than 2,000 excess U.S. deaths in the 1–4 group and 410 across Canadian children 1–14. Official COVID-assigned deaths in these ages were negligible.
Cancer mortality supplied another signal. Rancourt pointed to a known phenomenon since 2015—hyperprogressive disease after novel immune therapies—and its appearance as “turbo cancer” after mRNA campaigns.
Rare cancers such as long-bone tumors in 5- to 24-year-olds tripled in U.S. data after rollout to those ages. Primary multi-site cancers, requiring laboratory confirmation of simultaneous independent tumors, also rose sharply in young adults and the elderly.
He linked thousands of excess cancer deaths to the timing of mass vaccination and abrupt cuts in financial support.
The second half of the talk examined population-level damage. Excess deaths clustered where economies were vibrant then shuttered, where poor and wealthy lived in close urban proximity, and where large hospitals dominated care.
Isolation of the elderly produced classic “dry tinder” curves: a sharp mortality peak followed by a trough of sub-normal deaths because so many had already died. Cutting emergency financial aid after it had been given produced immediate rises in all-age mortality worse, Rancourt concluded, than never offering the aid at all.
Rancourt’s conclusion was uncompromising. History, he said, will record the Covid period as a massive, unnecessary, multifaceted assault that exploited fear and inflicted harm, especially on the vulnerable.
Vaccination was unique among the measures because it injected a cytotoxic substance into healthy and sick alike, including infants and pregnant women. Science cannot prove causality in the strictest sense, yet institutions minimized “screaming safety signals.” If societies wish to avoid repeating the excess deaths, they must stop repeating the same stresses.

Thanks for the confirmation of what every person with critical thinking skills has known since early 2020. These are not accidental side effects. These were the intended effects of some very sick people intent on depopulation. Oh if just a few of them would be held accountable in this lifetime. I won’t hold my breath.
Senator Ron Johnson's testimony during day 1 of the Allison Inquiry - the first time a sitting member of the US government testified in a Canadian parliamentary setting - was a master class and highly recommended for those who are starting to be more open to looking at things the rest of us have been talking about for years now.
