She was asked in the course of questioning the following by Democratic Maryland U.S. Senator Angela Alsobrooks the following:

“Aaron Siri called you the queen of mandating vaccines during your time at the Coast Guard. So what is your response to Aaron Siri and other anti-vaccine advocates criticizing you for supporting vaccine mandates?”

The move is in stark contrast to the COVID-era legal momentum across the board seeing courts rule in favor of employees fired for religious vaccine refusals.

The Second Circuit upheld the employers’ refusal to accommodate, citing “undue hardship.”

The DOJ’s Call for the Views of the Solicitor General (CVSG) brief argues the petition is a poor vehicle for review—no circuit split, a repealed law, and petitioners who sought only a full exemption rather than alternatives like reassignment—while defending the policy’s consistency with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

This position, however, draws sharp criticism for weakening core protections against religious discrimination. Aaron Siri, a leading litigator who has represented numerous affected healthcare workers, called out the filing in an X post stating:

The brief’s analysis hinges on semantics and procedural technicalities. It acknowledges that petitioners claimed New York’s mandate conflicted with Title VII by foreclosing reasonable religious accommodations. Yet it frames their requests as demands for an “exemption” prohibited by state law, rather than the “accommodation” federal law requires.

Siri dismantled this in a follow-up post:

“Instead of defending these wrongfully terminated workers, the DOJ nonsensically and shamefully plays word games to characterize their requests as seeking an ‘exemption’ (which New York law prohibited) instead of an ‘accommodation’ (an option federal law requires). It then relies on this semantic nonsense to argue that the Supreme Court should not review the Second Circuit’s holding that a policy providing for medical but not religious exemptions is legal.”

Siri, who is perhaps the most experienced lawyer defending Americans who experienced COVID-era oversteps of basic liberties and freedoms, described the practical outcome bluntly: the mandate “permitted only a medical exemption and did not include a religious exemption.”

Healthcare workers with sincere religious objections were fired en masse. He continued,

“Having dealt with scores of religious employees in New York that lost their jobs under this policy, the Trump administration’s position is a sharp betrayal. The DOJ should have simply argued the obvious – that Section 2.61 foreclosed any religious exemption and hence should not stand under federal law. Period. That would have taken one or two pages. Instead, it spends over 20 pages creating a word salad of nonsense to justify New York’s and the DOJ’s unjustifiable position.”

This approach is dangerous because it normalizes differential treatment: medical exemptions are permissible, but religious ones trigger “undue hardship” claims tied to state penalties. Under Title VII, as clarified in Groff v. DeJoy (2023), employers must accommodate religious practice unless it imposes substantial increased costs. Yet the DOJ’s brief effectively blesses a regime where religious belief is disfavored, allowing employers to hide behind preempted state rules.

If a law bars religious accommodations outright, Title VII should preempt it—yet here the filing accepts a policy that functionally did exactly that while claiming otherwise.

The stakes extend far beyond healthcare. A Supreme Court denial, influenced by this brief, could embolden employers nationwide to impose vaccine or other medical mandates while dismissing religious objections as unreasonable.

It undermines the free exercise principles reinforced in cases like Fulton v. City of Philadelphia and signals that post-COVID religious liberty battles remain unwinnable in court. Workers facing future mandates—for flu shots, boosters, or novel therapies—would find their faith subordinated to bureaucratic convenience.

Siri’s critique highlights a missed opportunity for the administration that campaigned on restoring freedoms eroded during the pandemic. By playing procedural games instead of forcefully defending Title VII’s mandate to accommodate sincere religious practice, the DOJ risks setting precedent that treats faith as second-class. As Siri warned, this is no minor technical brief; it is a “sharp betrayal” that could erode religious freedom for millions. The Supreme Court must recognize the broader threat and take the case to reaffirm that no employer or state can lawfully force a choice between livelihood and conscience.

As for possible solutions from unlikely places, the list is varied from DMSO to repurposed drugs like Ivermectin.

Bacteria are also being explored as cancer therapeutic agents due to their unique ability to naturally seek out, colonize tumors and stimulate immunity.

Most preclinical and clinical studies have focused on genetically engineered strains, which pose concerns regarding biosafety, regulatory burden, and translational feasibility. However, researchers from the Japan’s Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) have been thinking outside the box.

Several studies coming out of JAIST and its researchers are showing massive promise.

Professor Miyako’s specialty is bioengineering and he’s been researching bacteria with anti-cancer properties for nearly 8 years publishing several groundbreaking papers.

It all started with a theory to change the failed norm of clinically accepted cancer ‘therapies’.

Scientists are racing to end the barbaric status quo of giving systemic chemo ‘therapy’ during one’s cancer challenge effectively poisoning the body and down-regulating the immune system. The idea of precision therapy vehicles to deliver therapeutics directly to the cancer/tumor is a major, ongoing area of research.

Unlike normal cells that use oxygen to efficiently break down glucose, cancer cells prefer a less efficient fermentation pathway (anaerobic/without oxygen) regardless of oxygen availability, this is called the Warburg Effect.

The experiment was simple, inject a cultured anaerobic bacteria into the body of a mouse with a tumor.

The idea was the bacteria’s anaerobic affinity would exhibit tumor-homing capabilities making it a natural candidate for a ‘microbiome-based’ cancer drug delivery system.

What happened next shocked the researchers. The bacteria not only magnetically attracted to the tumor’s oxygen-starved environment, it entered the tumor and began to shrink it without any adverse, toxic effects.

Professor Miyako and his team took the research further in 2024 to first test the anaerobic bacteria Cutibacterium acnes (C. acnes) against popular cancer therapies using a ‘Colon-26’ carcinoma syngeneic tumor model that encapsulates key features of human colorectal cancer.

The red line on the first graph (left) above shows the work of the C. acnes in a game-changing moment. The bacteria was able to arrest the tumor progression which became more impressive when compared against a placebo (PBS/black line), best-in-class immunotherapy with broad clinical adoption (Anti PD-L1 antibody/purple line) and standard chemotherapy (Paclitaxel/blue line).

The second graph (right) shows the survival rate of the same therapies with C. acnes again dominating the field.

Professor Miyako and co-authors conclude the following mechanism in their paper:

“The anaerobic nature of this bacterium C. acnes enabled it to effectively colonize inside the tumor and produce a few proinflammatory secretions to attract the immune system toward it by infiltering immune cells into the tumor that could destroy the cancer cells, in addition to its innate ability to produce enzymes that dissolve the surrounding tissue.”

The authors further noted,

“…two of the mice in this group showed approximately 75% tumor reduction after 12 days of treatment”

Building on the success of their 2024 study, Miyako and JAIST researchers turned their sights on other bacterial reservoirs of promise. This time from the gut microbiota of amphibians and reptiles.

Their systematic evaluation in mice of nine bacterial strains against the human colorectal cancer model found eight which displayed significant antitumor effects following a single intravenous administration highlighting the therapeutic richness of these unexplored microbial communities

However, it was Ewingella americana (E. americana) which stood out among the pack.

Like the earlier study of C. acnes, E. americana also demonstrated a dual-action mechanism of direct tumor cell killing and activation of strong host immunity attack profile.

The authors importantly noted:

“E. americana demonstrated exceptional biocompatibility with no evidence of systemic toxicity or adverse effects on major organ systems, thereby establishing its promise in terms of both efficacy and safety.”

A stunning, unaccounted for benefit was further found as the authors report:

“Tumor rechallenge experiments demonstrated complete tumor rejection in all E. americana-cured mice (0/10 developed tumors) versus uniform tumor growth in naïve controls (10/10), providing evidence of durable antitumor immunity with immunological memory persisting beyond 60 days.”

The immune system remembered, fought and completely rejected the ‘rechallenge’ introduction of the tumor cell material.

When again weighted against the popular Anti-PD-L1 immune therapy and this time, Liposomal doxorubicin (DOX) chemotherapy (FDA-approved nanoformulation) considered a state-of-the-art drug delivery technology, the results were again impressive.

No tumor growth in the E. americana-injected mice (left graph, red line) and 100% survival rate (right graph, red line) And again, no toxicity or adverse effects on major organ systems.

In an interview with Professor Miyako from 2023, the report claims that JAIST plan to conduct additional trials on larger animals such as pigs, with the goal of achieving clinical use within the next 5 to 10 years (which puts it as early as 2028).

WHAT WILL MAHA’S NEXT STEP BE TO ADDRESS CANCER?

At this point there are several burning questions that need urgent answers:

1. Will the MAHA-minded federal architecture, already shown to be aggressive in fast-tracking controversial therapies that show promise (most recently psychedelics plant-based medicines for mental health), be brave enough to disrupt the cancer status quo and accelerate, fund and/or approve alternative cancer therapies?

2. Will MAHA leaders, already turning down the volume on the Covid vaccine conversation, be bold enough (and allowed) to pull the shots from the market after these most recent cancer statistics?

3. Will FDA, NIH or CDC allow official science to be published proving the cancer-causing mechanisms and increases from the Covid shot already laid out by other researchers around the world?

The ‘new’ 2023 cancer statistics still provide a 3-year lag to the reality we currently live in. The missing stats are pressing as they chronicle the extent of cancers from the mandated, experimental gene therapy injections given to most of the developed world.

The lost 3 years will tell true story just as the glimpse we have just been allowed into 2023 has shown.

Is media pre-positioning signaling a ramp-up to psychologically on-board the American public to accept a tick vaccine?

The NY Post ran with the recent headline Tick bites sending Americans to the ER at highest rate in nearly a decade: CDC writing:

“Tick bites are sending Americans to the emergency room at the highest rate in nearly a decade, according to new CDC data.

During the second week of April, 71 out of every 100,000 emergency room visits were for tick bites — more than double the usual average of about 30 per 100,000, said the agency, which said this year’s numbers match data from 2017.”

The headlines have been made from this CDC data:

As a caveat, tick bites are common and usually treated at home so interpreting these CDC numbers can be difficult. Perhaps the biggest gain from the data is the media hype currently happening. And the feedback loop may actually be driving the whole process. Media hypes tick fear, more people are scared and go to the ER as their first instinct.

NOTE: [seeking care is advised if the tick was attached for over 36 hours or if you develop a bullseye rash. Saving and testing the tick for Lyme’s disease is also warranted.]

Federal agencies, along with the mainstream medical community, have lagged behind the growing tick-borne disease explosion. HHS secretary Kennedy has prioritzed federal focus and funds to assist in this area.

Meanwhile, NBC News is reporting on a new area of market share for Big Pharma:

Pfizer Lyme vaccine shows more than 70% efficacy but misses key statistical goal There hasn’t been an approved Lyme disease vaccine for more than 20 years, after GSK pulled its shot because of a lack of demand

In reality, Pfizer has just rebooted its Lyme vaccine linked to ‘Lyme-disease-like’ autoimmune disease arthritis and class action lawsuits.

The elephant in the room regarding ticks and the diseases they can transmit were recently compiled in a popular piece.

A comprehensive report by Dr. Robert Malone explains the following:

“…based on declassified government documents and previously suppressed scientific research has uncovered compelling evidence that U.S. biological weapons programs contributed to the emergence of Lyme disease, which now affects hundreds of thousands of Americans annually.

The investigation reveals a pattern of concealment spanning six decades, including the systematic suppression of critical medical research and the release of nearly 300,000 radioactive ticks across Virginia to study how the disease-carrying insects would spread.”

Dr. Malone’s investigation regarding the possibility of lab-created ticks states the following:

The evidence suggests multiple possible scenarios:

• Laboratory enhancement of natural pathogens (45% probability)

• Laboratory accident with environmental establishment (25% probability)

• Pure natural origin (25% probability)

• Operational testing with civilian exposure (5% probability)

Only a 25% chances of natural origins!

Teasing out this line of research further, Alpha-gal syndrome (AGS) is a serious, potentially life-threatening allergic reaction to a sugar molecule (galactose-alpha-1,3-galactose) found in most mammal meat and dairy products.

Triggered primarily by the bite of a lone star tick in the U.S., it causes delayed allergic reactions—such as hives, stomach issues, or anaphylaxis—3–6 hours after eating meat.

Politically, there is an attack on farmers across both the UK and European Union to ending farmers and shut down farms. Geopolitically, the Iran conflict energy (fuel & oil) and fertilizer crisis has added increasing pressure on the net zero push as the UK Fires document ‘absolute zero’ goal read:

“…commitment to zero emissions in 2050 requires that we refrain from eating beef and lamb.”

Governments are and have been socially programming and legislatively targeting several aspects of the human existence in the name of reaching net zero – often in counterintuitive ways.

Is it out of the question for the scientific class to be enrolled into this net zero quest?

Was the tick bioweapon platform altered to address the ‘climate change’ problem and to reach net zero?

The effectively blockaded or severely disrupted Strait of Hormuz, a critical chokepoint for 20-30% of global oil and gas trade, is now being felt worldwide to one degree or another.

The resulting fuel shortages, soaring oil prices, and energy supply strains are prompting measures to cut commuting, reduce fuel demand, and conserve electricity in offices among other calls from governments and agencies.

Here’s a summary of the key governments that have specifically acted (as of early-to-mid April 2026):

• Malaysia: The government ordered civil servants, ministry/agency staff, and state-linked company employees to work from home starting April 15, 2026, explicitly to save energy and lower costs amid the global fuel crisis.

• Thailand: The prime minister urged the public and private sector to adopt WFH (or “work from anywhere”), and the government ordered civil servants to work from home for the duration of the crisis. Additional measures include carpooling, reduced air-conditioning use, and no elevators in offices.

• Vietnam: The Ministry of Industry and Trade called on businesses and employers to let staff work from home to reduce travel and transportation fuel needs and support national energy security.

• Pakistan: The government asked 50% of public staff to work from home on a rotating basis; the prime minister also recommended private businesses follow suit. Some local governments shifted to four-day workweeks to further cut commuting.

• Egypt: Eligible (non-essential) public and private sector employees must work remotely on Sundays (the first day of the working week) starting April 1, 2026, for at least one month (with possible extension). This is part of broader fuel-saving rules, and the government is considering expanding to 1–2 WFH days per week.

• Philippines: Government offices and local authorities moved to four-day workweeks to conserve energy and minimize commuting; officials were told to limit travel to essentials only. There have been pushes for a nationwide mandatory four-day week.

• Sri Lanka: Introduced a four-day workweek in mid-March 2026 (Wednesday declared a holiday for most public institutions, schools, and universities) specifically to slash petrol use. Private sector institutions were invited to follow.

Broader/international calls:

Several governments are now trial-ballooning calls for coming energy lockdowns by saying they ‘may’ do them soon.

• The European Commission (via its energy commissioner) explicitly urged EU citizens and member states to work from home where possible, drive less, fly less, and take other demand-reduction steps in response to the prolonged Gulf energy crisis.

• The International Energy Agency (IEA) just released its blueprint for global energy lockdowns mirroring the WHO’s initial call in 2020 – same ends, difference means. From working from home, avoiding air travel, and drastically reducing personal car use the selected measures, shown below from the IEA’s report, would require sweeping changes to daily routines causing many online to deem this the beginning of ‘COVID 2.0 lockdowns.’

• In the UK, the largest civil service union has demanded ‘work from home’ to offset higher living/fuel costs, though the government has not yet issued a formal mandate.

No major Western governments (e.g., US) or China have announced comparable mandates so far. The situation is evolving rapidly with the conflict.

Airlines are one of the corporate canaries in the energy coal mine. Their margins and business model took a near fatal hit after the failed COVID pandemic response namely lockdowns, social distancing and vaccine passport travel restrictions.

Across the board, airline carriers are now also flashing a warning light as Europe could run out of jet fuel in just six weeks warns the dead of International Energy Agency.

Tuesday afternoon, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear vetoed a bill that would have blocked Kentuckians from suing pesticide companies for failing to warn of their products’ hazards.

The governor’s veto states:

“In a state that consistently has the highest rate of cancer diagnoses and deaths in the nation, the General Assembly now tries to slam the door shut on citizens' access to courts to seek damages from the makers of these pesticides if the product simply has the warning label approved by the federal Environmental Protection Agency. These labels do not warn consumers of the risks of using these pesticides, such as possible chronic disease risks like leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or other cancers and chronic diseases. They are not enough to allow corporations to escape legitimate lawsuits over their failure to warn.”

He continues:

“Tobacco products predominantly warn of the harms from consuming them. Yet Senate Bill 199 would allow dangerous pesticides to be sold without having labels warning of the risks of using them. It flies in the face of making America healthy.”

Similar legislation in at least a dozen other states failed to pass in the past three years as the idea of liability immunity from known harms caused by chemicals produced by foreign corporations is perhaps the most unAmerican thing voters can oppose.

The Kentucky House of Representatives can override a governor’s veto. Under the Kentucky Constitution, lawmakers need a simple majority (50% plus one) in both the House and the Senate to override a veto. This requires 51 votes in the 100-seat House and 20 votes in the 38-seat Senate.

A recent poll conducted by The Brownstone Institute and The Health Freedom Defense Fund on health freedom policy support by party affiliation shows overwhelming opposition to the Big Ag status quo of pesticides, GMO food and manufacturer liability exemptions for their harmful products.

Meanwhile, a federal bill is working its way through the legislative process as attorney Aaron Siri succinctly puts it:

H.R.7567 - Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026 is being called a gift to Big Chemical as it would give sweeping liability immunity at the federal level. Are Congress and the White House listening to the will of The People on these issues coming into midterms?

The current Supreme Court decision, at the behest of Trump’s DOJ, to take up Bayer’s legal cause to overturn and end legal challenges across the country against its harmful products would also gain incredible momentum with the passage of the 2026 Farm Bill.

The stakes couldn’t be higher as MAHA’s spirit, alive and well before it was given a political acronym, appears to still be beating strong in American hearts and minds.

From 15 days to slow the spread during the open rounds of the failed COVID pandemic, lockdowns were aggressively pushed globally without pause. The World Economic Forum wrote in 2020:

“As industrial output plummeted, and as cars disappeared from roads, and planes were grounded, people worldwide noticed a positive effect on their surroundings. The air was cleaner, there was less pollution, and nature began to restore the balance.

Surely after experiencing this glimpse into a 1.5°C future we won’t go back to our carbon-intensive lifestyles?”

The WEF author called the ‘environmental’ boost achieved by COVID lockdowns a ‘silver lining.’

It’s now the end of March, the Trump administration is on the cusp of racing up the escalation ladder of an Iran conflict whose effects are rocketing through the global energy and fertilizer markets.

In short, Iran sees 20% of the world's oil passing through the Strait of Hormuz with one-third of the global seaborne fertilizer trade also passing through the Strait.

Meanwhile Russia, another major player in the global oil gas and fertilizer markets, has now prioritized their domestic resilience by banning gasoline exports from April 1 and stopping ammonium nitrate fertilizer exports (for which they control 40% of global ammonium nitrate trade).

China, another global competitor (and possible U.S. adversary depending on how one analyzes America’s relationship with the global superpower) has also banned exports of nitrogen-potassium fertilizer blends and certain phosphate varieties.

The country of over 1.4 billion people has also implemented a ban on refined oil product exports—including diesel, gasoline, and some aviation fuel—to prioritize domestic supply and ensure energy security.

The writing is now on the wall for a global energy slowdown (the net zero crowd’s dream scenario) and food supply disruption.

The Philippines appears to be the energy canary in the coal mine as they have now declared a state of national energy emergency “in light of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and the resulting imminent danger posed upon the availability and stability of the country’s energy supply,” reads their executive order.

Newsweek writes:

“The Philippines is in particularly dire straits, with the Middle East accounting for roughly 95-98 percent of its oil imports. The U.S. treaty ally's fuel supply will dry up in just two months if the government doesn't secure enough backup supplies, Department of Energy Secretary Sharon Garin said during a Tuesday panel, per the Philippine Inquirer.”

The International Energy Agency (IEA) just released its blueprint for global energy lockdowns mirroring the WHO’s initial call in 2020 – same ends, difference means.

From working from home, avoiding air travel, and drastically reducing personal car use the selected measures, shown below from the IEA’s report, would require sweeping changes to daily routines causing many online to deem this the beginning of ‘COVID 2.0 lockdowns.’

Besides the energy crunch, which is significant, the hit to the fertilizer markets already under strain from the prolonged Russia-Ukraine war is now manifesting.

American farmers are now shifting their planting acres from corn to soybeans.

Fertilizer, fuel, ongoing global conflicts and trade disruptions have increased costs making it more expensive for farmers to grow corn and wheat. Soybeans require less fertilizer, making them a more affordable option.

Aside from politics one thing is for certain, the longer and deeper this conflict goes, the harder it will be for economies around the world to pull out of the energy and food insecurity spiral beginning to swirl in the distance.

The Parties have reached the conclusion to resolve the case by consent decree—as opposed to continuing costly and protracted litigation.

“Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, Jill Hines, and Jim Hoft, joined by the States of Missouri and Louisiana, alleged…that federal government Defendants unlawfully pressured, coerced, induced, and encouraged major social media platforms to censor their posts about Covid-19, the Hunter Biden laptop report, and the 2020 Presidential election.”

Prima facie evidence to many Americans who lived through COVID and experienced the censorship, deplatforming and shadowbanning themselves directly.

However, as the case went forward waves of internal documents produced proved that indeed Biden Administration officials were regularly directing social media companies to curtail and censor American speech.

The ruling states:

“The Parties agree that modern technology does not alter the Government’s obligation to abide by the strictures of the First Amendment.

The Parties also agree that government, politicians, media, academics, or anyone else applying labels such as “misinformation,” “disinformation,” or “malinformation” to speech does not render it constitutionally unprotected. See United States v. Alvarez, 567 U.S. 709, 718 (2012) (plurality op.) (“Absent from those few categories where the law allows content-based regulation of speech is any general exception to the First Amendment for false statements.

This comports with the common understanding that some false statements are inevitable if there is to be an open and vigorous expression of views in public and private conversation, expression the First Amendment seeks to guarantee.”).”

Giving large assistance to the now-settled case was the the January 2025 Executive Order titled RESTORING FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND ENDING FEDERAL CENSORSHIP which stated in line with the legal complaint

“Under the guise of combatting “misinformation,” “disinformation,” and “malinformation,” the Federal Government infringed on the constitutionally protected speech rights of American citizens across the United States in a manner that advanced the Government’s preferred narrative about significant matters of public debate. Government censorship of speech is intolerable in a free society.”

The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), on behalf of its clients Jill Hines and Dr. Aaron Kheriaty in the case, gave the following statements moments after yesterday’s legal victory:

“This case began with a suspicion, that blossomed into fact, that led to Congressional hearings and an Executive Order that government censorship of Americans’ social media posts should end. Freedom of speech has been powerfully preserved by our clients, past and present, who initiated this suit.”

“The federal government’s social media censorship was the most massive suppression of speech in the nation’s history, it was profoundly important to resist it.”

Meanwhile, X posts have reverberated with a sense of finality from a dark time in American history.

Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt wrote:

“This is the first real, operational restraint on the federal censorship machine. It locks in the First Amendment principle we fought for: modern technology doesn’t erase your rights, and government labels don’t strip speech of protection. The deep state just got checked.”

Meanwhile, Kevin McKernan, founder of Medical Genomics who has done pioneering work in exposing DNA contamination in the COVID vaccine supply wrote:

Hopefully this legal win serves as a desperately needed check on Big Tech censorship as America and the world move into increasingly uncertain times when open debate is needed most.

“In the late-1990s, the FCC and ICNIRP adopted radiofrequency radiation (RFR) exposure limits to protect the public and workers from adverse effects of RFR. These limits were based on results from behavioral studies conducted in the 1980s involving 40–60-minute exposures in 5 monkeys and 8 rats, and then applying arbitrary safety factors to an apparent threshold specific absorption rate (SAR) of 4W/kg.”

A comprehensive scientific review titled Scientific Evidence Invalidates Health Assumptions Underlying the FCC and ICNIRP Exposure Limits reveals that adverse effects occur well below this threshold.

Documented harms include non-thermal induction of reactive oxygen species, DNA damage, cardiomyopathy, carcinogenicity, sperm damage, neurological effects, and electromagnetic hypersensitivity. Multiple human studies have also found statistically significant links between RFR exposure and increased rates of brain and thyroid cancer.

Despite these red flags, the FCC declined to update limits when 5G rolled out in 2019, declaring no new restrictions were needed. Wi-Fi routers, cell phones and smart meters continue to emit RFR under outdated guidelines based on outdated animal trials.

The MAHA Report, created by executive order, identified Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) exposure as demonstrating the need for continued studies to better understand its contribution to the cumulative load of multiple exposures to the impact of children’s health.

The report stated:

“…due to the proliferation of cell phones, WiFi routers, cell towers, and wearables) Some studies have linked EMR exposure to reduced sperm counts and motility but not quality. The NIH’s National Toxicology Program identified “clear evidence” of DNA damage and increased cancer risk in rats.”

With President Trump having signed a memorandum 3 months ago to accelerate 6G deployment, America is racing toward the next generation of wireless technology without adequate safety testing.

The memo, titled Winning the 6G Race explicitly states that this technology will drive artificial intelligence, robotics, and even implantable devices. Headlines from tech magazines promise 6G connectivity beaming from orbiting satellites to power transportation, the Internet of Things (connecting everyday appliances like washers and dryers), mobile devices, and rural broadband.

Before saturating the planet with space-based 6G signals, rigorous safety studies are essential. In January, HHS Secretary Kennedy removed a webpage claiming cell phones pose no danger and announced plans to launch a fresh study on cell-phone radiation.

This marks a potential shift from decades of regulatory capture and complacency present in both vaccine and wireless regulation and policy.

Much like Big Pharma, the telecom industry’s influence in Washington cannot be overstated. According to OpenSecrets data, lobbying expenditures reached $598 million in 2024 and climbed to $665 million in 2025—figures that surged ahead of the 5G rollout and spiked again during the pandemic, likely in anticipation of 6G.

A Harvard Ethics Committee report titled Captured Agency: How the Federal Communications Commission Is Dominated by the Industries It Presumably Regulates paints a damning picture of the FCC with limitless access for moneyed interests to shape policy at the expense of public health, safety, privacy, and consumer wallets. “Direct lobbying by industry is just one of many worms in a rotting apple,” the report states; as consumer protections have been overlooked or sacrificed.

While the American public waits for federal action within a now-questionable Trump administration with evidence of subversive posture towards MAHA actions, states are moving forward.

States have begun restricting cell-phone use in schools with a variety of parameters while only four states remain without measures.

These steps represent a grassroots push for protection where federal policy has failed.

The coming months will test whether Trump’s business-driven push for 6G supremacy can coexist with RFK Jr.’s demand for independent research and an update to the long-overdue and outdated federal safety standards for RFR.

While the president sees 6G as America’s ticket to global tech dominance, Kennedy and a growing numbers of scientists insist safety must come first. With billions already spent on lobbying and trillions potentially at stake in the 6G economy, the public deserves more than 1980s-era monkey studies to protect its health.

We’ve been down this road before as we’ve seen not a single childhood vaccine given to babies and children was licensed based on a placebo-controlled clinical trial. Many of which also have shockingly short safety observation windows. Where informed consent is now a key pillar driving the social vaccine conversation, invisible RFR is much more precarious animal.

Meanwhile, the uses and effects of RFR is now being admitted to have duel use as a covert military weapon as conversation about Havana Syndrome and targeted individuals is hitting the mainstream media.

Independent, conflict-free research is not optional—it is urgent. Until then, the expansion of 6G risks repeating the same regulatory capture that has left Americans exposed to untested environmental toxins for decades.

The Substack account Legal Glass breaks down what the ruling actually did:

“First, it invalidates the reconstituted ACIP committee. The court concludes that the newly appointed body is likely not “fairly balanced” under the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), effectively nullifying the advisory group HHS assembled after removing prior members over conflict-of-interest concerns.

Second, it voids all actions taken by that committee. Every vote and recommendation issued by the new ACIP is treated as legally ineffective.

Third, it blocks the CDC Director’s January 2026 revisions to the childhood immunization schedule, which moved certain vaccines from “universal recommendation” to shared clinical decision-making (SCDM). That policy shift did not eliminate vaccines; it changed how recommendations are made, placing greater emphasis on individualized physician-patient decisions.

Taken together, these rulings produce a clear result: no valid advisory body, no valid recommendations, and no ability for the agency to implement policy changes independently. Federal vaccine policy is not merely paused—it is frozen.”

In short, a judge with a questionable track record has just performed a hostile takeover of the federal policy nationwide to entrench the status quo in the face of reform.

Days before the ruling changed the battle space, something special was about to happen.

For the first time in memory, a federal advisory committee was about to develop an architecture to address the mounting vaccine injuries in America directly due to the coerced, mandated and hastily developed COVID shots.

React 19 a science-based nonprofit offering financial, physical, and emotional support for those suffering from long-term COVID-19 vaccine adverse events wrote the following on X in the wake of the Massachusetts ruling and subsequent cancellation of this week’s ACIP committee:

“For many in our community, this meeting represented a long-awaited opportunity. After more than five years of waiting, patients and families had prepared impact statements in hopes that the urgent need for clinical recognition, research, and care for those suffering from serious post-vaccination conditions would finally be discussed.

For those living with these conditions, this cancellation is deeply painful. It means more waiting, more uncertainty, and more time without the clinical guidance needed to help physicians recognize, diagnose, and treat patients who have been suffering for years. Our hearts are with every member of this community who had hoped their voice would finally be heard this week.”

Currently there is little hope for a proper remedy for those injured.

One of the final acts of the Biden administration before exiting was to extend the PREP Act until 2029 which funneled those injured by pandemic ‘countermeasures’ [vaccines] into a broken, blackhole known as the CounterMeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).

The PREP Act also propped up a dying pharmacy industry as the business model of CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid was rapidly failing until the act magically added retail pharmacies, the pharmacists and pharmacy techs to the definition of “Covered Persons” who were immune from legal repercussions for administering vaccines.

Maximize injectable liability-free product distribution with no care for the harms caused.

This week’s ACIP was about to confront those harms.

A leaked report to ACIP members regarding COVID vaccine injury wrote:

“The US lacks an effective framework—supported by adequate pharmacovigilance and clinical infrastructure — to systematically recognize, diagnose, and longitudinally monitor chronic conditions arising post COVID-19 vaccination. The absence of diagnosis codes, diagnostic guidelines, awareness among healthcare providers, and appropriate pharmacovigilance surveillance systems have resulted in systematic under-recognition and under-reporting of post-acute-COVID-19-vaccination syndrome (PACVS).”

This week’s judicially-cancelled ACIP committee was the first opportunity for countless COVID vaccine-injured to get federal recognition and, with some hope, a proper diagnosis.

As it has stood for many years, one of the leading reasons why a petitioner who files in the CICP and their petition dismissed, is because of lack of proper diagnosis, lack of medical records to support their claim and failure to meet the standard of proof.

Of the 6,732 dismissals (as of March 1, 2026), nearly 3,900 or 58% of all dismissals are the result of petitioner not able to obtain medical records to support their claim nor a proper medical diagnosis.

Our government and the medical community has turned a blind eye on the COVID-19 vaccine injured.

They have been struggling to obtain a proper diagnosis, to seek proper medical care with a care plan. Without a medical diagnosis supported by injury definitions, medical practitioners and their patients often fail to obtain proper treatment via insurance coverage or disability payments.

Many of the injured that were forced to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by their employer have also faced additional denials by workers compensation. Many states do not recognize vaccine injury as a compensable workplace injury.

Many of the injured are forced into tax payer assistance programs such as Medicare/Medicaid or for long term disability, social securities disability.

For the first time since the beginning of COVID pandemic, our government was going to hear about the many injures suffered, to be recognized and to help develop care plans.

Judge Murphy temporarily took this away from the tens of thousands injured by the COVID-19 vaccine. Hopefully this is just a short delay. Yet delays is the only constant the vaccine injured have ever know.

The orthodox medical and scientific communities who are cheering the recent Massachusetts ruling to stay ACIP and CDC decisions (progress) over the past year are also the same who rail about the growing vaccine hesitancy.

Meanwhile, there is no debate that vaccine injury recognition and compensation for COVID shot harms, along with those caused by the childhood schedule, are broken.

Without those mechanisms working and fairly balanced, the public is rapidly becoming more hesitant withdrawing their consent to such a risky product line. This is fact.

Corporate media has been busy attempting to demoralize the MAHA base regarding its most staunch core.

Brownstone Institute founder Jeffrey Tucker wrote on X regarding the recent Massachusetts ruling:

It has not only reunified MAHA but unified MAGA/MAHA, by making the real enemy clear: the industrially backed juridical/administrative state.

A hornet’s nest has been kicked by the judicial branch. Polls from prior weeks were already showing that 68.5% of Republicans and 51.9% of Democrats want NCVIA’s vaccine maker liability shield removed.

And 68.9% of Republicans and 52.5% of Democrats want the COVID vaccine liability shield granted by the PREP Act removed. Another poll showed a resounding 73% average oppose the blanket immunity enjoyed by Big Pharma shot makers across all political spectrums.

The gig is up and The People want justice on many fronts.

An emergency appeal is now the likely next step in the Massachusetts ruling. If releif is granted, a removal of the stays would supercharge the vaccine safety and injury compensation movement already underway in America and therefore put MAHA’s influence back in the driver’s seat beyond just reforming the country’s nutritional space.

This fight is not over…not by a long shot.

For experienced readers, seeing who the article’s lead author is should have caused pause immediately. When is comes to journalistic integrity, Apoorva Mandavilli is not who comes to mind.

In an October 6, 2021 NYT’s article titled A New Vaccine Strategy for Children: Just One Dose, for Now Mandavilli stated that 900,000 U.S. children have been hospitalized due to Covid. She was forced to correct the glaring error when the real number was found to be slightly more than 63,000.

In 2022 Mandavilli reported on the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) recommendation of Pfizer’s Covid shot for kids 5-11-years-old. NY Times initially reports, “Nearly 4,000 children aged 5 to 11 have died from a Covid-related condition called multisystem inflammatory syndrome during the pandemic.”

Mandavilli was again forced to add a correction”

‘Died’….’diagnosed’ they’re just words right?

Her reputation began to spread as prominent scientific figures began to take note:

Now let’s set the record straight with ‘the paper of record’s’ current article on Covid vaccine injury and the upcoming ACIP meeting point-by-point.

• The NY Times and its authors claim the whole premise of their article was based on the review of changes ‘proposed in a confidential report obtained by The New York Times’. The report was published in the public domain at MD Reports on Substack on March 14th.

• The NY Times’ opening paragraph attempts to frame the confidential report as unscientific by implying the suggested changes, within the greater 59-page report, to the federal Covid vaccine injury architecture was due to surveys writing:

”Citing a survey called “Killer Jab?,” which found that nearly one out of four Americans reported knowing someone who died from a Covid vaccine, a federal work group is calling for sweeping changes to how the medical establishment tracks and treats injuries from the shots.”

The authors exclude these relevant lines from the report beyond the survey results:

“growing evidence including extensive patient and clinician testimonials...

“CDC has identified as associated with COVID-19 vaccination, numerous clinical studies document cases of severe, disabling chronic syndromes.”

“The US lacks an effective framework – supported by adequate pharmacovigilance and clinical infrastructure to systematically recognize, diagnose, and longitudinally monitor chronic conditions arising post COVID-19 vaccination.

Nearly 700 million COVID shots given in the U.S. without an infrastructure to recognize, diagnose or compensate injuries. Kind of a big deal. One might even call it an urgent situation needing correction.

• The authors attempt an appeal to a woefully untrusted and inaccurate authority argument by stating:

Most studies have not found widespread reports of deaths or severe side effects related to the shots.

And many studies have found widespread reports of deaths or severe side effects related to the shots. What about those?

And lets not forget the VAERS, a reporting system that, depending on the outcome desired in the moment by The Science™ is either a world-leading adverse event reporting system (when being discussed in past ACIP meetings) or a passive system whose are not meant to draw conclusions from (when COVID vaccine trends like this are presented):

• The authors move to advance, defend and dismiss ground for The Science™ regarding DNA contamination within the COVID vaccines writing:

“…members of the Covid work group may present data to the panel purporting to show that the mRNA Covid vaccines are contaminated with fragments of DNA that can cause dangerous inflammatory reactions.”

Once again, the NY Times is missing the mounting evidence proving the opposite.

• The authors write “Polls have found that Mr. Kennedy’s vaccine skepticism is unpopular, even among Republicans and others who support his Make America Healthy Again agenda.”

Polls also found the exact opposite. A recent poll commissioned by The Brownstone Institute and the Health Freedom Defense Fund found, among other highly relevant points, that 68.5% of Republicans and 51.9% of Democrats want NCVIA’s vaccine maker liability shield removed.

And 68.9% of Republicans and 52.5% of Democrats want the COVID vaccine liability shield granted by the PREP Act removed. Another poll showed a resounding 73% average oppose the blanket immunity enjoyed by Big Pharma shot makers across all political spectrums.

At the end of the day, the NY Times has lost credibility. They are a journalistic ghost of their former selves having expended their trust to unquestionably fall in line with corporate interests and biased political agendas. If they had to survive on their accuracy and track record like the rest of us, their doors would be shuttered within the week.

The reality is that a critical mass of American’s across all political and ideological lines have come together demanding justice and policy changes to allow accountability, care and social recognition of vaccine injury. As well as an end to Big Pharma’s free ride legal immunity from the harms its injectable products cause.

What may have fallen out of favor in D.C.’s elite circles because of the approaching midterms has been and is still a supercharged live wire cause among the American people.

The case centers on the airline’s 2021 Covid-19 vaccine mandate and how it handled employees who sought exemptions for religious reasons.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the ruling allowing United Airlines workers to pursue their religious discrimination claims as a class action.

The lawsuit has been working its way through the courts since September 2021 when United employees filed the initial class action complaint seeking injunctive relief and alleging discrimination for denying reasonable accommodations.

A key matter in the case is explained in its filing:

“United implemented a revised accommodation policy for non-customer-facing employees, such as mechanics and ramp agents. Under the new policy, those employees were allowed to continue working but were required to comply with United’s masking-and-testing regime—which Plaintiffs characterize as intentionally and unlawfully punitive. However, customer-facing employees, such as pilots and flight attendants, were still placed on indefinite unpaid leave starting in November 2021, though they were given the opportunity to apply for an alternative non-customer-facing position within United. In total, 2,221 employees were accommodated with unpaid leave and 1,078 were subjected to United’s masking-and-testing accommodation.”

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 makes it unlawful for an employer to discriminate against its employees on the basis of the employees’ religion. To that end, Title VII imposes on the employer an “obligation to make reasonable accommodations for the religious observances of its employees”

In 2024 the Washington Examiner wrote about the case:

“A more aggressive policy was also proposed by United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby, according to a case briefing obtained by the Washington Examiner. Kirby allegedly tried to implement a policy where the unvaccinated would have to put a sticker on their badge identifying them as someone who received a vaccine accommodation to work, but it failed.”

The United case has not reached a verdict or settlement—the Fifth Circuit upheld class certification on March 9th sending it back to district court for trial on the merits and an eventual decision by a jury.

United potentially face a significant financial hit if a jury decides in favor of the plaintiffs which could include lost wages, additional damages, and punitive damages.

Under the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, United could be on the hook for $300,000 per person for punitive damages alone in addition to back pay.

Earlier this week another airline, Air Canada, was ordered to pay pilots after it denied their religious vaccine exemption.

The judge in the case ruled seven Air Canada had established a prima facie case of workplace religious discrimination under the collective agreement and the Canadian Human Rights Act after the company placed them on unpaid leave after denying their exemptions.

In December 2025, University of Colorado Anschutz agreed to pay $10 to 18 plaintiffs (students and staff) who sued in 2021 after being denied religious exemptions to the campus’s Covid-19 vaccination mandate.

In November 2024, a federal jury awarded $12.69 million to a former employee for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan after finding that it refused her religious accommodation request to be exempted from a 2021 COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

In October 2024, Northshore University Health System in Chicago agreed to pay $10.3 million to settle claims brought by employees who were fired after refusing to get Covid-19 vaccines for religious reasons.

The pandemic era saw violations at nearly every level of functioning society at the hands of unjust government and public health orders many are still feeling the ripple effects of. The legal arena battles provide constant reminders that laws and guaranteed protections were violated to the fullest extend to compel compliance.
